Bajioo Terms & Conditions — Full Information on Your Rights & Responsibilities

01Introduction & Applicability

Bajioo is an international online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and other countries. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the Bajioo website, mobile application, and all associated services.

By registering, logging in, or using Bajioo in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

02Account Registration

To open an account with Bajioo, you must provide accurate and complete information. The name, date of birth, phone number, and email address submitted at registration must be real and verifiable.

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found, Bajioo reserves the right to close all of them and forfeit any deposited funds.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• Using another person's payment method on your account is strictly prohibited.
• Bajioo reserves the right to request additional information or documentation at any time.
• Accounts created with false information will be closed immediately.

03Age Verification & KYC

You must be at least 18 years old to use Bajioo. The platform is strictly prohibited for minors. Your date of birth must be entered accurately at registration, and Bajioo may verify your age at any time via national ID or passport.

The following documents may be required as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process:

• A scanned copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification).
• Documentation proving ownership of the payment method.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

Bajioo supports easy deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All financial transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Typically 5–15 minutes (after KYC verification).
• Withdrawal Fee: No fees from Bajioo; charges from your mobile banking operator may apply.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Unusual or suspicious transactions may be held for review.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

05Bonuses & Promotions

Bajioo offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be read before acceptance.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳5000. Wagering requirement: 15x the bonus amount.
• Wagering Time Limit: Wagering must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• The maximum single bet placed with bonus funds must not exceed the specified limit.
• Each bonus can only be claimed once.
• If bonus abuse or coordinated fraud is detected, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Bajioo reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from bonus funds may be withdrawn, and only after the wagering requirements have been met.

06Betting Rules

When placing bets on Bajioo, certain core rules apply. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the Cash Out option is available.

• All bets will be deducted from your real money account balance.
• Bajioo holds the sole right to set odds and markets.
• Bajioo reserves the right to void bets placed on odds that were incorrectly published due to a technical error.
• Bets may be rejected in live betting due to internet latency.
• Bets may be voided if match-fixing or unfair advantage is suspected.
• Bets can be placed on multiple markets within the same match simultaneously, but accounts will be investigated if contradictory bets are detected.

07Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bajioo platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Exploiting the system through bonus arbitrage or coordinated betting.
• Using hacking, malware, or any other dishonest technical means.
• Using funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources.
• Harassing, intimidating, or defrauding other users.
• Providing false information to Bajioo staff or attempting to deceive them.
• Using automated bots or scripts on the platform.

If any such activity is detected, Bajioo reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit deposited funds, and take legal action if necessary.

08Account Suspension & Closure

Bajioo reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Refusing to submit KYC documents or providing false documentation.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

Once a self-exclusion request is submitted, Bajioo will promptly close the account and arrange a refund of any valid balance remaining.

09Privacy & Data Protection

Bajioo takes the protection of your personal data seriously. We only collect information necessary to provide our services and never sell your data to third parties.

• Your personal information is protected by SSL encryption.
• Payment details are processed directly through payment processors; Bajioo does not store card numbers or PINs.
• Gaming history is retained for a minimum of five years in compliance with regulations.

10Responsible Gaming

Bajioo believes entertainment should be healthy and controlled. That's why we make responsible gaming a reality — not just a policy.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly limits.
• Bet Limits: Set a maximum stake limit per single bet.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Close your account temporarily for 6 months or permanently.
• Reality Check: A summary of your gaming activity will be shown to you at regular intervals.

11Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact our customer support team first. We aim to resolve issues within 48 hours.

• Complaints can be submitted via live chat, email, or the help center.
• In the event of a betting dispute, Bajioo's game logs will be considered the final and conclusive record.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated to an international gaming commission.
• In the event of any dispute, the English version of the document shall be considered final, though a Bengali translation will always be available for reference.

12Changes to Terms & Conditions
