How to create a new account

Opening an account at Bajioo is simple and takes just a few minutes. You can do it from your mobile or computer — whichever is more convenient. All you need is some basic information and an active mobile number.

1. Go to the Bajioo registration page and enter your name, mobile number, and password.
2. Enter the OTP sent to your mobile number in the designated field to verify your number.
3. Select your date of birth and preferred currency (BDT).
4. Agree to the terms and conditions and click "Register".
5. Once your account is created, complete your profile and make your first deposit.

What to do if you forget your password

On the login page, click the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter your registered mobile number and you'll receive an OTP. Use the OTP to set a new password. If you no longer have access to that mobile number, contact our support team — they'll verify your identity and help you recover your account.

Update Profile Information

You can update your email, address, and date of birth from Account Settings. To change your registered mobile number or full name, please contact support — you may need to provide a photo of your National ID or birth registration certificate for verification.

How to make a deposit

Depositing at Bajioo is quick and completely secure. You can fund your account via Mobile Pay, Nagad, or Rocket — three of the most popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. Funds are typically credited to your account instantly after payment.

1. After logging in, click the "Deposit" button in the top menu.
2. Select your preferred payment method (Mobile Pay / Nagad / Rocket).
3. Enter the amount and add a promo code if you have one.
4. Clicking the "Deposit" button will display Bajioo's payment number.
5. From your Mobile Pay/Nagad/Rocket app, send money to that number.
6. Submit the transaction ID to Bajioo — your funds will be credited instantly.

Withdrawal Support

Withdrawal Guidelines

Withdrawing from Bajioo is fast and hassle-free. Most withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes. However, you'll need to complete account verification before making your first withdrawal.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳ 500
• Daily maximum withdrawal: ৳ 1,00,000
• Withdrawals will only be sent to your registered mobile number
• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after wagering requirements are met
• A maximum of 10 withdrawal requests can be made per day

How bonuses work

Bajioo offers a range of bonuses — welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, and free spins. Each bonus comes with its own wagering requirements and expiry period. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; you must first wager the required amount.

For example, if you receive a ৳ 1,000 bonus with a 5x wagering requirement, you'll need to place a total of ৳ 5,000 in bets before the bonus converts to real money. This can be done across any eligible game before the bonus expires.

• Wagering must be completed before the bonus expires
• You cannot have more than one deposit bonus active at the same time
• Promo codes must be entered before making a deposit
• Cashback bonuses generally have lower wagering requirements

How to place your first bet

Getting started with betting on Bajioo is straightforward. After depositing, head to the Sports section, pick your preferred sport, select a match, and choose your market. If you're new to odds, take a moment to understand them — decimal odds of 1.80 mean a ৳ 100 bet returns ৳ 180 if you win.

• Single bet: one market on one match
• Accumulator: multiple markets combined — higher risk, higher return
• Live Bet: placing bets in real time while a match is in progress
• Cash Out: the option to exit a bet before the match ends

Keep your account secure

Bajioo takes your account security seriously. Every transaction is encrypted, and automatic alerts are triggered if any suspicious activity is detected. That said, there are a few basic precautions you should take on your end as well.

• Use a strong password — combine numbers, letters, and special characters
• Never share your password with anyone
• Do not click suspicious links — Bajioo will never ask for your password over the phone
• Avoid logging in on public WiFi
• Keep Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled
• Check your login history regularly
